Day 10!

Today was lower body day, lots of drills, lunges, squats, leapfrogs...fun fun!

At least the weather is getting a bit warmer, which is nice especially at 5:45 AM.

Meal plan today:

2 pieces toast
2 Tbsp peanut butter
coffee

Pasta with black beans
Apple

Leftover spaghetti with meat sauce
pudding
